Scheduling and Payment
The trial lesson time is agreed upon by email at info@musaamo.fi. The registration for the trial lesson becomes binding once Musaamo’s office has confirmed the time for the student.
The trial lesson is paid after the time has been scheduled. Payment is made through a MobilePay link. If needed, we can also send an invoice for the trial lesson by email.
Arrival Instructions
Musaamo’s office will send arrival instructions by email before the lesson begins.
Cancellation Rights
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 16), the 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to leisure services that are scheduled for a specific date and time.
Since the trial lesson is agreed upon for a fixed day and time, the customer has no right to cancel or reschedule the agreed lesson once it has been confirmed by Musaamo’s office.
If the student has not paid for the agreed lesson via MobilePay, Musaamo will send an invoice for the lesson by email afterward.
Refunds
Payment will not be refunded if the student does not attend the lesson at the agreed time. If Musaamo must cancel the lesson (e.g., due to teacher illness), a new time will be agreed upon with the customer, or the payment will be fully refunded.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing via email to info@musaamo.fi. Complaints will be processed without delay, but no later than within 14 days.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements will primarily be resolved through negotiation with the customer. If no settlement is reached, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). If the matter is taken to court, it will be resolved in the district court of Musaamo’s registered domicile, which is the District Court of Uusimaa.
